Sous Vide Pollock with Green Apple Salad Recipe

Pollock is a cheap, light fish, very similar to cod or haddock, both of which can be used in this recipe. To add flavor, I want to replace the dry salt water that I usually use with fish with wet salt water using soy sauce, fish sauce, and miso paste. This adds a lot of flavor.

Wet salt water makes the fish a little salty so I want to pair it with tart and spicy green apple salad. This is my advice about green papaya salad and combines many flavors from traditional dishes.

I have polled at 130 ° F (54.4 ° C) for 15 to 45 minutes. This produces a fairly traditional boiled texture. You can try different times.
